Being single for a woman is joyful

In that it ensures everlasting flirting

With a variety of men in succession.

And the pleasure of having men around.

Being single for a woman is fruitful

In that it assures a lasting freedom from

The bondage, commitment and tolerance,

That the marriage would impose upon her.

Being single for a woman is gainful

In that it provides her with a relief

From the ennui of the monotony in sex,

That would push her to aversion for sex.

Being single for a woman is painful

In that it reserves her fatal end,

In her yellow days, by rendering her

Companionless, to die as an orphan.
